If we think it realistically as how this "what if" presents:
If Dio had been good, Jonathan never had to meet Speedwagon, so he'd still be a thug and probably in jail or dead.
And as far as Elizabeth and Joseph goes, there's still a very minimal chance of them being around. George could marry Elizabeth and having Joseph, or marry another woman and having an alternate Joseph. No bizarre adventures would have been told. Thanks Dario Brando, for being such an ass.

ON the other hand, I'd want to know what happened if Jonathan discovered the mask's real functionality if Dio had been a good guy. Vampire Jonathan? Would Zeppeli wanted to kill Jonathan if so?

If Dio never turned vampire then Lisa Lisa would have 0 relation to the Joestars or Straights. Also seeing how Zeppeli's objective is to destory the mask and any vampires it spawns then yes he would have tried killed Jonathan if he turned vampire.

Actually, The Pillar Men would conquer the earth and Kars would become the ultimate life form if the Joestars and Dio didn't get involved with the Stone Mask, unless Will Zeppeli trained a new generation of Ripple Warriors, then again, none of them would be smart enough to trick them
