@Anon 2:It's not been confirmed, but it's reasonable to assume that Zelda and Link had a child after Skyward Sword (because the bloodline has to continue somehow) and after Wind Waker/Phantom Hourglass.

I'm not sure about the rest though.

It's implied with varying degrees of heaviness that there's an attraction between Link and Zelda in Minish Cap, Spirit Tracks, Skyward Sword, Hyrule Warriors and Link Between Worlds.

And then there's Zelda II, the only game where Nintendo got exlicit with ZeLink: www.youtube.com/watch?v=LF0u9wVa9PE After naming Link a true hero, the curtain lowers to conceal their faces and Zelda's sprite mashes up against his in a way that was most definitely meant to imply a kiss. The curtain then falls the rest of the way.

Outside of the above-mentioned games, though? ZeLink is something Nintendo never felt the need to establish, because both they and the audience take for granted the notion that a princess and a hero who saves her are either in love or will fall in love. Honestly, I preferred this "we don't need to tell you they like each other" approach.
