On the contrary, to what #1273925 said, Sasuke never ignored Naruto. I believe it was season two that he would actually glare back at him, and season 3 he actually wanted to fight him.

However, yes, Sakura did reject his date offers. This wouldn't happen since she pounds him whenever he touches her.
