No one "removed" the artist tag, because the artist tag was never on the image.

Do not demand that people correct the tagging on an image. Even if you're busy, you have time to change the tags on an image; in fact, it would have taken you about half the time you spent screaming about it, or less, even if you had to register a brand new user account to do it.
