Because she is Lilith from MGQ, Shiki just reused the already existing design for MGQ paradox, and I am pretty sure that all three of the Lilith sisters are the same.

Several artists have done the same in fact, including Xelvy, whose Little Bug and Scylla Maid monster designs predate Paradox by a good few years.
