Safe just means it's legal,that if you have it saved on your computer,you won't get arrested.In America,if one of the characters,even thought it's only "cartoon" style,was under aged, you could get arrested for saving it on your computer.You can watch it,if you claim that you found it by accident,but you can't save it,or share it with another person.
