I'm pretty sure he's referring to the cockade on her hat. It is correct but it looks similar to the Roundels used on the wings of RAF planes, so it's easy to see how someone with only a very basic knowledge of second world war history could make such a mistake.

They're actually looking at the ornamentation on her collar and the patch on her left arm. They're really tiny.

Also, aren't Nazi uniforms generally black with swastika armbands?

I'm in serious doubt about this being Nazi in any way- it might not even be an actual Nazi swastika. Other groups used it way before the Nazis did.

She has an iron cross with swastika on her neck.
And Nazis had gray or black uniforms, though the black uniforms were weak and were replaced with gray eventually.
