Aren't most forsworn nords? I never heard an imperial forsworn. There's only 1 orc forsworn. And I believe the rest are Breton.

Funny thing is, at least as far as i know, the forsworn are a result of years of cross breeding between nords and bretons. They just prefer to view themselves as bretons because of the bad blood with the nords, who i assume share the sentiment.
