Johnathon was killed by Dio. Jotaro and Jolyne were killed by Pucci. We don't know what Joseph, Josuke and Giorno's status were during Part 6, but the universtal reset would have erased them all the same. Then there's Johnny, would lived over a century before Part 8's Josuke.
