More of combination of Nina II and Nina III (her hair and wing design), but this is mostly an alternate version of Nina II due to the dark wings and black bracers. The black thighhighs are a variation of the boots Nina II wore. The purple outfit is an oriental take on Nina II's original purple outfit.

Its just a random mesh. Nina I and VI- hair band, Nina III- wings and hair, Nina I and II- eye color (with the eye shape and facial expressions geared more towards Nina I as II's is more sharp), some clothing design aspects from II and original to this game.
It doesn't look mostly like any one Nina, and certainly not Nina II.

According to the official site, it's Nina 3. Each one of her alt outfits is inspired by the other Ninas thought: O1 Nina 2 (black wings, long purple dress); O2 Nina 3 (red short dress, round sleeves); O3 Nina 4 (light blue dress, brown stockings, white collar, rosy wings) and O4 Nina 1 (red clothes w/white highlights). The last two have also bigger wings, which'd have technically worked better for Nina 2-inspired suit better than Nina 4's...
