Now, I can't be sure here, but looking at those pulleys I'd like to imagine that they have to raise their arms further and further to give the rope around their necks some leeway, so they can take it deeper.

If only their ankles were tied to the spot, they'd have to physically pull themselves up by the neck...

I actually like this twist on predicament_bondage, if I'm interpreting it correctly. Usually if it's a sexual predicament (say the subject is violated if they give into an influence), the person would be depicted unwilling or trying to escape it.

I like the idea of someone being restrained from the violation itself, and the twist is that to receive what they're lusting over, they have to do something like choke themselves.
