It was an April Fool's joke last year, advertising a Taimanin dating-sim game set in an alternate universe where all the characters are schoolgirls (except Oboro, who's a teacher, and apparently Edwin Black who's the headmaster), and Sakura is secretly transsexual and the main character.

Asagi is confirmed to be in her 30s in the actual games, but she was also listed as 18 in the images for this one.
