Trap characters are great and all, they are done so frequently, its no longer a surprise anymore, and in sone cases cliché, i say let some possible traps be girls and bring some surprise back before it completely dies.

Of course, we could go full circle by having a scenario where a trap 'flees' from a bunch of perverted serial rapists, only to reveal himself to be some sort of elite mercenary who then proceeds to mercilessly kill his pursuers.

Essentially that'd be a boy going the full wholesome crossdresser route to give the illusion he's all girly and everything, then all of a sudden trappy reveals himself to be a total badass and own everybody.
