Flannery is always hot.
But i must say this... the whole image is flipped her head and boobs are in a headstand but if you flip the image 180° you'll notice the background is also reverse flipped.

lava doesn't erupt from upside down volcanoes, otherwise there would be a background like thick smoke, thick steam or sky but her head only has dirt or sand surface behind her.
