Basically how it would have gone down if Bardock with a power level of 10000 had gone Super Saiyan on planet Vegeta and challenged Frieza, it wouldn't have been nearly enough.

We must remember that Goku post-SSJ was strong enough to compete with 4th form Frieza. While much as I love Bardock he would have been ground to paste.
