^Seriously, A giant blowfish? If that's true, that's as bad as the One Piece-DBZ crossover where they went to a party thrown by Shenron. They could fight Frezia teamed up with Blackbeard or Eneru or someone. I don't know any villians from Toriko and never read or watched it.

There is already a short crossover with One Piece-DBZ vs Enel
It was shown at an event in Japan a few years ago.
Here's a video, but the quality isn't very good, and it isn't subbed.

This is the problem with DBZ crossing over with anything. There isn't anything that would pose a threat to the Z Warriors that wouldn't also completely destroy people like the Straw Hats or the cast of Toriko.
