Okay it's a poniefied verzon of a scene from Neon Evangelion.
Were Twilight is taking the place of Shinji Ikari and Pinkie is playing the part of Misato Katsuragi as were Gummie is filling for Pen Pen the hot spring penguin.
I cant recall witch episode it is but it is a funny scene.

The original scene was from episode 2. This is based though on the Asuka variant of the scene from the movie series. It's been a while but I believe both Shinji's and Asuka's version of the scene in the movies take place in the first one.
