How is it backwards? It looks like it might be reaching too far back, but it's not impossible to get one's arm into a similar position.

look at her elbow and try to rotate it that way and then the hand: you cant.

You can rotate it similar, BUT with the forearm OVER the elbow, not under it

(dont know if i make sense, but seriusly, its wrong)

Who cares if the anatomy is off some? Overall the picture is amazing. If we want to argue about a little bad anatomy here and there then there's so many other images needing the attention.
