@Anon#1312145 cause they always together in his manga ,while as for the Railgun manga since kuroko is a mainstay and touma hardly ever makes an appearance, but when he does it usually gets misaka excited

allot of people don't seem to take kuroko love so seriously, which could explain another reason why this shipping is so popular.(and japan is well known to love Yuri shipping's seriously).
