But the panties ARE casting a shadow.

Take a look at the right side of the spear's shadow. You can see the panties hanging lower than the rest of the blade. I noticed it right away.

Given the way the artist probably made the shadow, yes, the panties are there.

Now she need to take Kyubey's dead head and mount it on the tip of that spear too.
