No and hell no. The first is a easy mistake since it wasn't revealed until fairly recently that Garra's mother actually loved the boy, his father had hidden her final words to him. The whole Kushina thing I leave you to find out on your own.

No, Sarutobi and Minato blabbed his status as the Jinchuriki. Minato because he stupidly believed that they would treat Naruto as anything other then the monster personified and Sarutobi because he wanted the knowledge to be leaked to the other villages. Sarutobi gladly and purposely sabotaged Naruto's life to strengthen the standing of the village.
