Well...The artist used the SBR tag. (Steel Ball Run of "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure" manga) That's the only proof I can find.

What I think is, it's a joke on Diego Brando transforming. The first time Johnny sees him a raptor is where he stands like that on a hill. I can't find the damn picture anywhere though.
