@Mderms I'm fairly sure it's not actually in her upper thigh, the proportions aren't right but the angle is. Also, welcome to Hentailand, the last place to look for anatomical accuracy.

How the hell does this say "Nooooo!"?
The characters are "AAAAIAAAAY!!AAAA".
That does not fit in very well with "Nooooo!" which would be something like "Iieeee!".
Therefore, I have now changed it to something that more closely resembles the actual speech.
