Not sure why that comment was voted down. As stupid as it is, the anus is generally uncensored, even though the penis and vagina are, presumably because it isn't genitalia.

That's the weird part of Japan porn laws: penis and vagina get blurred, but not the anus. It's kind of the same thing with hentai as well.
