I thought it was the F99 from crosbone gundam at first. but the runes on the edges of the armor are a dead give away its wetal ID

I'm with anon one on this one. This is a fan-art of a poor fan-art. The real Xenogears or Xenogears-Id whatever looks completely different and alot more awesome. And it's wings are always white not yellow.

It's the red version of Xenogears you face when you fight Id for the final time. Once Fei returns, Xenogears changes to its normal white and blue color.
