What a poor choice for a smash bros. character. What about Chrom or Lucina from Fire emblem, or Shadow, Phoenix from F-zero, hell even Luie from Pikmin would be more interesting...

It was mind boggling for me when they showed me this character on E3.
If you even can call it a "character". It's just an avatar with no personality.
And sure, like Anon3 said there will probably more new characters.
But was the Wii Fit trainer really such a big thing that it had to be one of the first announced?
Most of you apparently are pumped about this "character" and that's not a bad thing.
But still, of all the characters we where hoping to see in the next SSB, the Wii Fit trainer wasn't one of them.
It just feels like they didn't get permission from other companies to use there characters, so they came with random things like this instead.

I would love to have Mei, Hilda or Serena as playable characters in Smash Bros 4, but the chances of that happening are so low :( Sakurai will probably put more lame Fire Emblem characters instead of a female Pokémon trainer. (Hopefully one of the FE characters will be Lucina...)

Why the hell would they waste three slots on another trainer? If there's a single new Pokeman, it'll be replacing Lucario. And Chrome will replace Ike. And Marth stays. And life moves on.
