Yes it´s real. It´s called J Stars Victory VS and there are characters like Toriko, Ruffy, Ryoichi, Naruto, Gintoki, Son Goku, Kenshin, Ichigo and more!

If Goku is as strong as in the beginning of DBZ - he can be equal to others but ssj1 Goku can destroy easily whole planet

He CAN but he WOULDN'T. Goku is way too nice for his own good. He would never destroy a planet on purpose.

And besides, this is a fighting game. To create game balance, the characters power have to be scaled to be roughly even.
