I personally think only Azusa would die (though it breaks my heart). But based in this world, Yui and Ui would protect each other and get out, and I doubt Ritsu would let Mio die (probably slap her to get her moving). Mugi would live in the inner districts, making her life a snap, and so I think only Azusa would die. That or Yui would constantly save her.
