According to card-lore from the wiki, that sniper rifle shoots both regular rounds and special healing rounds, which is useful in combat...or, it would be if those healing rounds didn't 'sting' as much as getting shot with a regular sniper-rifle round.
Arabhaki certainly enjoys the chance to shoot her own allies, apparently...
