I don't know if I'm the only person who thought this but... I think her outfit looks retarded. I don't know if it's the airplane sleeping pillow around her neck, the way one of her pant legs apparently got caught under and torn off by some comedy movie door, or the way her hair hangs like a string of shit in-game, but it just turns me off in multiple ways. Why view this image then? Well, let me tell you. *hangs up*

Nah you're not the only one anon2. It makes Jill's outfit in Resident Evil 3 consisting of a skirt and blouse seem less moronic. I know it is a video game and all but my goodness this outfit is just too silly and not in a sexy way. Oh well Jessica was Miss fan service and not much of a female character.

She looks like a character form Saints Row 3. Seriously Capcom put more thought into your character design. We all don't just want "Fan service" thrown at us like desperate gamers.
I think Sheva and Claire are the best designed characters because they look believable to the situation.
