Notice how it quickly shifts to his usual uniform when he takes it off? Maybe it's some weird Ninjutsu that just completely dissolves after he breaks it. Like, he was wearing all of that under his disguise and it just kinda faded away when he tore the face off, you kinda get what I'm saying here?
