@Tanji, you believe what TV news shows you too much. I'm from a "muslim country" without being muslim myself (i'm atheist), lemme tell you that most reactions would be to ignore her, maybe some old people would tell her to masturbate somewhere else since it's considered from a moral perspective as an unacceptable behaviour/indecent. It's also considered as a crime, so she'll probably get arrested.
Most violent reactions would come from young fellows from tough neighborhoods who'll probably insult her, slap her, spit on her.
Dude, there is a huge difference between muslim countries (Tunisia/Algeria/Morocco/Egypt...) and countries at war no matter the religion (you're probably thinking about afghanistan/Irak/Syria/Iran that mostly are in this state because of US's interventionism)
