Asuka is being herself, as in 'Asuka first'. She might not have wanted to do this at first, but when she heard that Mari was going to do it, she had to be first.

Mari is having fun, Rei is being quiet (but licking quite well), Kaworu wants to get in on a new human interaction, Shinji is trying to avoid passing ojut due to nosebleed, and Asuka is making sure as much as possible of Shinji's blood is between his legs .
