I could be wrong, because I don't think Mashima has given her official age yet, but I think Cheria is closer to 14. It's not just her boobs, but her entire body is pretty well developed. That's understandable if she's a mid-teen, but if she is closer to Wendy's age...wow.

I was under the assumption that all the characters are fully developed age-wise. Hence why you don't hear Wendy saying how she'll definitely have big ones like the other girls when she grows up. Shes already grown up.

Wendy is definitely 12, that much has been confirmed. You hear Wendy having concerns that she won't have big ones because she's 12, and that's around 3 years into breast development on average, so girls can usually use their bust at that age as an indicator of what they'll get over the next 3 years. There are always exceptions and outliers on both sides of the average, but usually someone who was going to be stacked like Lucy would have a somewhat noticeable bust at Wendy's age. So Wendy is afraid she won't be stacked because she's still pretty small. Cana even trolled her about this very subject in the most recent omake chapter. Anyways, Wendy will definitely get older, but I wouldn't be surprised if Mashima keeps her petite (if we do see her when she's older). He already said that Edo Wendy was not an indication of how earthland Wendy would turn out.

One of the covers says she is 15 (later turning 16) but ignoring that lets analyze things.

Sheria's isn't something we can determine merely on her body. Albeit rare, there are girls as young as 10 years old that are physically almost fully developed. This is anime so her body would further be exaggerated, hiding such tell tale signs of her age and just showing us a slip busty body. This is extra telling later when we see Wendy play in the water together with Sheria. Although Sheria do possess a much larger bust, Wendy is just slightly more slim. Somebody in possession of such breasts however would naturally not be a slim as somebody more lacking. In the end, we can't determine her age by her body.

Then her behavior then? Doesn't that us she is far younger than her bust suggest? No because especially in anime, girls can act cutesy and like children even if they are adults.

Which leaves us with the last piece of evidence. How she relates to Wendy herself.

Sheria doesn't look down on Wendy and treat her as a child. she treated her as an equal and acted on it. Later after the fight, her behavior furthers this point as she asks to be friends... and the later asks her to come and play with her.

Teenagers simply don't do this kind of thing. They are very much keeping to their peer group and never try t befriend or find love with people much younger than themselves. (unless they are lolicons ect)... so if Sheria was much older than Wendy, why would she ask to be her friend and even want to hang out? Worse... she wanted to play? uhuh??

Then of course there is this whole "love between young girls" in Japan, where young girls are pretty much expected to find love with another girl their own age when they are around Wendy's age ... only to have grown out of it a few years later.

So the whole "Love between girls" would suggest that they are both around the same age Wendy is.

In the end, logic tells us that she should have been around Wendy's age. The other two alternatives would be that she is "slow" and sees Wendy as an equal because she herself isn't all that smart... or that she is a lolicon. I'm leaning towards her being a lolicon.
