Well maybe not all of them, but the majority of hentai pics have attractive male counter parts to them... the fat guy theme makes some guys feel insecure or uncomfortable for some reason. And I'd imagine the girls viewing the pics probably don't like them unless they are into fat men.

Although we could have gone with a better choice for a male character (Yoshimitsu or Raven would be perfect), it is still a terrific picture! Kunimitsu has an absolutely gorgeous body, and her legs being spread out like this is ridiculously mouthwatering! Got to love her expression as she's in the throes of passion, as well!
