On canvas, everything exists for a reason. Even "those creepy ass fat fucks" have a meaning. They are meant to degrade women (because that's someone's fetish), or make the lonely fapper feel better about himself (because even the disgusting guy has managed to score).
Just because you don't know where to look, doesn't mean you should hate on whatever you find. Remember, if people draw it then people love it.
Obviously, guys are the driving power behind any form of porn. Creators usually draw what they like. Blame your own kind for neglecting your needs. We don't give a fk. Do you even realize that you're a raging beggar? That is ridiculous. But what's even more ridiculous, is the fact that you're raging here. This is not Pixiv or Deviant Art, we barely have any artists here. So who are you even talking to?

Late to the party but in case somebody's looking at this image and still wants to agree with #1411008, these characters are actual characters that exist in the Touhou universe. Shou is female in the game, and doesn't have a male form or anything like that (unlike Ranma for example, in which case it'd be a bit unusual to draw male version Ranma with boobs).
If the character was originally male and then drawn with boobs then I think you might have some grounds to complain, though it's still weird to complain about fan art since people can literally do anything they want because it's fan art, like #1470053 said.
