i really believe that they should make an ultimate/legendary skin where she is older, same goes for annie. My opinion tho.

well anon 1 lulu is a yordle so thats impossible..but yeah! a legendary annie skin in adult form would be nice but sadly i don't think theres a chance in hell that'll happen :(

Riot actually HAS spoken about the odds of those types of skins, basically they said every skin needs to be easily identifiable- as in if you didn't watch the loading screen and they jumped out of the river/brush- you immediately say, Oh, it's an enemy Annie.

They also said new players need to understand skins... *shrugs* Would have been cool, but it's their game.
