I don't understand why Anon1 was downvoted so much. It's true.

If you look at it, Sol is one of the strongest character in the entire GG series. Hell, it's often stated that he holds back most of the time, and that's with his Gear power held back by his bandana. While Ragna is still in the process of getting stronger and gets defeated quite a bit in BB. And as far as I'm aware of, he fights his fullest and gets his ass kicked. We'll see what magical upgrade he'll get though in CP.

Actually he IS the strongest. Most GG cast is too useless (except maybe Slayer, I-no and testament) to do anything relevant story wise. Sol always has to take care of everything... and he does it with one hand on his pocket.

I wouldn't say he's the strongest. He wasn't even able to touch That Man in Overture. Though whether That Man is actually strong or just using some scientific/magic bullshit to deflect attacks is up to debate.

Hopefully they'll make GGVSBB when BB's story officially finishes, and hopefully they'll add characters from other Arcsys-owned properties like Battle Fantasia, Arcana Heart, and Chaos Code
