If you're judging by looks alone, I'd have to agree. I'm not sure how tagging is done on this site though. I know that some sites use the "tag what you see and not what you know" rule. Is there a how to: tag section anywhere? I couldn't find it.

It is "tag what you see, not what you know", and those substantial breasts disqualify her from being a loli, so the tag should be removed.
The loli body type, for tagging purposes, is the flat-chested body of a young girl. Therefore, this is not loli.

I didn't know what she was from or who she was. You should probably add the character name. Also, I've changed the ore no nounai tag from general to copyright since, I'm assuming, it's the name of the show that it's from

Not to mention, knowing the character, she isn't loli aged, sized or endowed; she is one of the better endowed 16 year old girls in the series.

For the record, the loli tag is used for the character's body type; her actual age means nothing. This character has the body type that is no that of a child, so she does not get the loli tag.
This is also a Safe rated image, so the loli tag isn't allowed on it for this reason as well.
