And what he's saying is basically:
"Thanks to the HD graphics we're not only able to improve the details on the fragments, but we've also increased the number of the fragment pieces you have to find."

Thankfully, that's not really the case. Triforce hunting is actually significantly simplified, due to most of the Triforce Charts being removed and replaced with the actual Triforce pieces, meaning less money you have to spend to have Tingle decipher all the charts.
