I don't think so maybe it's due to the fact that her body was drawn in a bent way (especially in the stomach region). That's probably why she looks pregy.

Not that much smaller. I think people get so used to busty fanart, they forget how big Pokemon characters' boobs really are. For example, May might be bustier than Misty, but nowhere near as busty as most artists portray her. I'd like more "canon-busts."
