It means something like, "It is good even third, even second"
(That's what google says if you put in the first sentence.
But also, if you look at what I say below, it makes sense.
If you use goog to translate the second sentence, ending in Kara, it makes less sense)

Banme apparently indicates position in a sequence.
Demo...demo.. means "either... or..."
Kara can mean many things.. Usually means "from", but I think in this case it means "since/because"
soo roughly translated.. ->"2cnd in line or 3rd in line is good~"
"2cnd or 3rd is good (because|since)"
Since because what? idk.
