anon 3, baleful Gigginox do lay eggs but only rarely and 2, all Gigginox(including the baleful gigginox) are hemaphrodites(they have both sex organs) like khezu but they're asexual and don't need mates unless they want or choose to

Nox and Khezu are hermaphoridtes and can reproduce asexually but I wouldnt put it past them to want warm bodied hosts for incubating and protecting eggs like other tundra animals or humans.
