This is from Thrill Kill, a fighting game that ended up never being publicly released due to how graphicly violent and sexual it was. It featured themes of cannibalism, sexual deviance, and very very bloody murder of course. It's story is set around fighters offered a chance to escape hell by fighting one another. It was similar to Mortal Kombat, but it was more graphic (at the time MK was very 8bit and pixelated, Thrill Kill was a early 3d fighting game which made the violence look more close to realism than 8bit). Of course nowadays good old MK is still very violent but not really sexual. Someday we may get a game like that.
