Japanese illustrated porn laws, man. Artists can get in trouble if they don't use mosaics or black censor bars to try and block stuff out. By doing that they can use a legal loophole to publish this stuff in the first place.

If you want to complain to anyone, complain to the Japanese government.

What I don't get is, this may be for published CG games, but Japanese artists upload art on Pixiv, etc, censored. I mean, why not upload art on a non-Japanese site. Tumblr, etc, where their laws won't apply?
