Honestly, it was a lose/lose situation for Gardevoir. Some pokemon hate being touched in certain places (Like Furfrou's ears). If they made Gardevoir dislike being touched on its chest, then folks would be like "They Know!!" But, if they tried to pretend that this side of the internet doesn't exist, then it's "Oh, she likes it!"

I originally just assumed it wouldn't like it because of it's horn. Also diggersby hates getting it's ears touched as well as sneasel's um feather thing, blaziken's beak and honedge's tassle. Which is why I don't even know how to deal with honedge....

But they didn't exactly ignore it either. She tilts her head back and her mouth falls open sometimes. You try to rub the sensors on a kirlia or ralts, they get upset... but the gardevoir loves it. She finally grew up and came to enjoy the pleasures that being a gardevoir brings!

I think my Gardevoir is sexually frustrated. It took forever to get a response by patting her on the head, however rubbing her chest got an almost instantaneous response, and grabbing her crotch LEVELLED UP HER AFFECTION RANK. I think she came, based on the hearts that poured out.

Actually different individuals like being pet in different places, Some species have universal disdains, but I don't believe they have universal enjoyment
