Rape victims often orgasm for the same reason they often get 'wet', it's the vaginas defense mechanism--to become relaxed, more accessible and lubricated--in cases of prolonged penetration, desired or undesired. Also, sometimes the fear caused by the attack causes them to orgasm as well (it's counterintuitive, but it might be the body's own way of calming itself in cases of sexual molestation, which one of the purposes of orgasms to begin with, as otherwise people would sex most likely unpleasant, if not repugnant).
