also, why was the trap tag removed? search for 'adult_baby' and you'll see a few images like this, and there are a few who are girls but still have a puffy part on the diaper where the crotch is. so (when wearing a diaper) just because there's a bulge it doesn't preclude the possibility of the character being a boy. thus, from the thumbnail, you cannot conclude that he's actually a boy......
