Yeah, that is quite strange. The res is too high and the background sucks, but it's a pretty good photoshop job otherwise. This must've previously been tagged with "guro" or "toddlercon" or something and automatically have gotten a -50 vote. (Or is it only -100 that is used? In that case, there would've been a LOT of people who voted this up.)
