Guess that would depend on whether or not you consider the Kai's to be gods. Piccolo was probably stronger than supreme kai.

Here we are with this god bullshit again... When will these guys learn that the word ''god'' is just a title, Kanako has never accomplished anything near the things Piccolo has done (not to mention that theoretically Kami was considered a god too, and now he's part of Piccolo; so going by your logic the namekian too is a god).

With DBZ, the Kai and Kaio actually are gods, their species name is literally God People. They're born from fruit of a World Tree on their home world; Kai are born of normal fruit and live 75,000 years, Kaio are golden fruit and live for millions of years.

On Earth, being god really is just a title passed on to a new person who is deemed fit to protect the planet... though given how well that worked even before all the super powered alien apes showed up, may as well just give up all hope.

And being a god, either proper or just in title doesn't mean you're all powerful and nothing can beat you. If such were the case, Buu wouldn't have been a problem. It's just that very few beings could rival, as East Kaio said, beings who were "a thousand times more powerful" than Frieza.

You do understand they both come from entirely different settings that have completely different worlds, right?

Kanako is based on legit real world theological deities. Piccolo is a 100% made up shounen high-fantasy manga character. Touhou wins on the fact they're more closely based on the real world.

It's like comparing Jesus to Superman. Saying superman would win is pure childish fan-spanking.

Saying that Kanako is based on real deities (as if they would REALLY exist) doesn't make any sense, it's just like saying that i would stand a chance against Piccolo just because I am REAL and he's NOT.
